Early this year, Toyota faced the largest recall in its history. In the midst of the recall, Toyota launched a new ad campaign, incorporating social media alongside traditional television.
In May 2010 “The Sienna Family” was born. At the time, industry reports noted that the Toyota Sienna was ranked #54 on the “most-viewed” car list. By July, it was in the top 5.
